1.The seller guarantee that the equipment provided is completely new,unused,manufactured with the newest design and suitable material.And quality,configuration and performance requirements of the contract are met in every respect. 2.The seller guarantee that after guided with correct installation and commissioning,the equipment will achieve technical performance indicators within 3 days of running. 3.Within the provisions of the warranty period, the seller should be responsible for defects or failure in performance because of design, technology,manufacturing,installation,commissioning,or material. 4.Warranty time is 12 month after acceptance of product line.If it is found within warranty time that quality or specification of the goods is not conformity with contract provisions, or defects(latent defects or substandard material), the buyer shall put forward a solution to seller within warranty time, in accordance with the inspection certificate issued by legal corroboratory department. 5.The seller guarantees mechanical performance and quality and consumption index of the equipment provided.
Warranty: 1.During warranty time,the seller will provide buyer with free parts for replacing spare part defects caused by reason of seller. 2.After warranty period,we will provide favourable technical support and after-sale service.
