1. Printing part full servo motor control : Press enables you to print any repeat within the minimum and the maximum size of the machine eliminating the old gears limitations such as obtaining any intermediary size. Furthermore, it’s even possible to print different lengths within a suggested tolerance by using the same print sleeves, which is aimed at stretch ability of film. All the motors are synchronized to rotate at same peripheral speed and their angular positions are constantly driven by a centralized electronic system throughout the feedback of encoders.The system provides a very accurate positioning of the rollers,repeating exact positions and printing pressures for jobs already processed and recorded.

Quick Sleeve Replacement: This machine adopts TDS quick plate cylinder and an anilox roller replacement system. lts unique "gate"design ensures operators can quickly and safely replace sleeves with simple operation, requiring no tools or electrical mechanisms, reducing waiting time. Without using any hydraulic units, operation becomes safer. Fewer parts ensure high equipment reliability and convenient maintenance.

Stable and Simple Structural Design: The printing unit features a robust structure.The operation side is fixed by one high-precision linear guide rail, while the non-operation side is secured by two upper and lower high-precision linear guide rails. This design provides stronger support force for the sleeve mandrel. The printing unit contains no hydraulic mechanisms, and the entire operation process requires no tools. Through ingenious design, it ensures high reliability while minimizing the number of components. The color unit positioning mechanism is located outside the side frame, separated from the inking system, ensuring operational safety and reducing equipment maintenance difficulty.
