SP-500 series blister card packing machine is developed based on the ten years mature technology on the pharmaceutical packing machinery, and adsorbing the similar machine working principle both at home and aboard. 1. Working process
PVC unrolling→PVC heating→PVC tray forming→ Servo drawing→PVC tray punching and cutting→PVC waste rolling→PVC tray turning and locating→product feeding→automatic paper feeding→heat sealing→final product output
2. Application
It is suitable for the blister card and hanging tag packing for battery, stationary, medical devices, toys, hardwares, electronics, auto parts, daily use product, cosmetics, such as injector, toy car, scissors,flashlight, battery, spark plug, lip stick, coat and hat hook, clean ball, shaver, correction fluid, pencil etc.
